| ROLLOVERS A note about rollovers:
(Individual entries only! There is no rollover option for team entries!)
The Great White North Triathlon
does not give refunds or allow transfers to other competitors, regardless of the
reason or time of year. Up until May 1st we offer a full rollover (less a $50.00 administration fee) to the 2011
race. Requests for a rollover must come from the affected competitor
(not from a friend or a spouse), and must be in writing or by email.
We will confirm the rollover of your entry fee to 2011, and explain
the procedure to follow.
Please understand that it is not the intention of the GWN to
profit from this policy, rather to be able to continue to offer a consistent quality of
event at a reasonable cost. We would much prefer to have a full field start the race
and that is what we strive for each and every year. We consider all of our
competitors to be friends, and as such, we hate to say no.
Please remember that no rollovers
will be accepted after May 1st. regardless of the reason or the size of our waiting list!
There are absolutely no exceptions!
To
request a rollover, simply send me a letter or an email
(before May 1st!!!)
stating that you will not be competing and that you'd like to take
advantage of the rollover option. I'll then send you a rollover
confirmation along with instructions on what to do for registration
the following year.
Reading and agreeing to
the rollover policy is a prerequisite to signup!
